Springtime again brings us warmer weather and of course, The Conrail Historical Society's annual RailBQ event in Newport, PA!

Come out on Saturday, May 5th for fun, fellowship and a softball game along the former Conrail mainline in Newport, PA (just northwest of Harrisburg, PA). The event kicks off at 10:00 AM and runs until dark.

Again this year, the CRHS will provide grilled food, drinks and snacks.

After lunch will also be our 2nd Quarter Membership Meeting (all are welcome to sit in) followed by a softball game.

All during the event, trains from Norfolk Southern pass by on their way between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. It's a great day of fun for the whole family and it's FREE (although donations are very welcome)! The CRHS is thankful to our friends at The Railwire for their contribution towards offsetting the cost of the event.
