I am modeling CR in HO Scale from inception to about 1986. I like the patched stuff but also want to have a sea of blue.
Basically just a dry brushing of polly s grimey black. Still need to add cab shades and a little more weathering.
I added the PC decal before any weathering. This is the first decal I ever did on a model just this month!
