Relettered/renumbered from PC to Conrail. The CR-AB reweigh stencil is a Conrail reweigh location, so that did not need changing. Metal wheels/Kadees added.
Car was patched to the CSX "NYC" stencils and correct number added as the original Roundhouse/MDC kit had an incorrect one. Kadees and metal wheels added.
