I'm from the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area and grew up near Basin Street in Allentown during the Conrail era. I remember all the times sitting at CP Burn ( which you cant do anymore!) with my grandfather watching all that blue come and go from Allentown Yard. I guess you could say he was my influence when it came to trains.
I'm heavily involved in G scale trains and will have a large layout in my backyard sometime in 2008-2009. I also have my own Train Accessories business that caters to the odd stuff for the G scale hobbyist.
As far as railfanning I'll railfan just about anything and everything anywhere I can. I'm not partial to any one R.R..
